1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and hiy baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the hiy baji website at hiy-baji.com, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of hiy baji following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments without reservation.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and hiy baji. Where these Terms are silent on a matter addressed in those documents, the relevant provisions of those documents apply.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on hiy baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum. There are no exceptions under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local laws before registering.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from hiy baji.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not currently hold another active hiy baji account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

hiy baji strongly supports responsible gaming and has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If you suspect an underage individual is using our platform, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on hiy baji, you must create a player account by completing the hiy baji login registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.

By submitting your registration details, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. hiy baji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, valid passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify hiy baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• hiy baji cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder.
• Multiple accounts per person are not permitted. If hiy baji discovers that you hold more than one account, both accounts will be suspended and any winnings generated may be void.

hiy baji processes all account communications in English. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so that you receive important account notifications, including those relating to account verification, promotions, and security alerts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hiy baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals may be made using any of the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. hiy baji does not accept payments from unauthorised third-party accounts. The payment method you use to deposit must be the same method used for withdrawals wherever technically possible.

The following transaction limits apply across the platform, though specific limits for individual payment methods may be displayed within your account dashboard:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within your account settings. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits subject to their tier status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–5 business days.

hiy baji does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile payment provider may apply their own fees, for which hiy baji accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hiy baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spin promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms, which are published alongside each offer and must be read before claiming.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on hiy baji unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., ×30 means the bonus must be wagered thirty times its value before withdrawal is permitted).
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• hiy baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of players who have already accepted and started fulfilling a bonus offer are not retrospectively affected.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinated wagering intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate voiding of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hiy baji. Engaging in any of these activities will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or in sequence.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent security controls, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display errors in your favour. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned to hiy baji.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the hiy baji platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses hiy baji staff, other players, or third parties in connection with your use of the platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that you do not have authorisation to use.

7 Intellectual Property

All content published on the hiy baji platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, video content, written copy, software, page layouts, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of hiy baji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hiy baji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any hiy baji content without express written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices embedded in hiy baji content.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any part of the hiy baji website on another website or platform without prior written consent.
• Use the hiy baji brand name, logo, or trade dress for any commercial purpose, advertising, or promotional material.

Game titles, studio names, and related assets provided by third-party software providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. hiy baji's use of these assets is governed by its agreements with each provider.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hiy baji excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile payment provider, or any other financial intermediary.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by proven technical faults, for which hiy baji's sole liability is to void the affected round and refund the stake at its value at the time of the fault.
• Loss of data, account access, or funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Actions taken in good faith by hiy baji's security and compliance team in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hiy baji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. hiy baji's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

hiy baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from hiy baji.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct.
• Suspected money laundering, match fixing, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a request for self-exclusion from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

You may voluntarily close your hiy baji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hiy baji reserves the right to retain your account balance as liquidated damages where permitted by applicable law. This does not affect hiy baji's right to pursue additional legal remedies.

10 Amendments to These Terms

hiy baji reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, hiy baji will update the "effective date" shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the hiy baji platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. You will not be entitled to hold hiy baji liable for any action taken in accordance with revised Terms that you were notified of or had reasonable opportunity to review.
